Overview

Melanotan-2 is the cyclic α-MSH analog engineered for broad melanocortin-receptor agonism. Unlike MT-1, MT-2 activates MC3R, MC4R, and MC5R in addition to MC1R — producing the appetite-suppressing, libido-enhancing, and pigmentation-stimulating effects all in one molecule.
