Subscriptions

Today for your first box, then every 4 weeks after that — the same day of the week each time. You get a reminder email before each charge.

A subscription starts with 3 deliveries, every 4 weeks, the first included. That's what pays for the 30% discount. Once your 3rd payment is made you can cancel any time from your account, or set it to end automatically right after.

Yes. Once your first box ships, swap any compound or size from My Account → Subscriptions. Changes apply from your next charge.

In My Account → Subscriptions. The Cancel button unlocks after your 3rd payment; after that there are no further charges once you cancel.

Card payments carry a 6% processing fee across the store. For subscriptions it's already in the price per delivery you see, so there are no surprises at checkout.

We retry automatically over the following days and email you. If your card changed, reply to that email and we'll update it. Your box ships as soon as the payment goes through.

Subscription orders are non-refundable, the same as the terms you agree to at checkout. If something arrives damaged or wrong, contact us and we'll make it right.
