About TB-500

TB-500 is the synthetic fragment of Thymosin-β4, a 43-amino-acid actin-binding protein that governs the free G-actin pool inside cells. By sequestering actin monomers, Thymosin-β4 controls how quickly cells can assemble the cytoskeletal scaffolding they need to migrate into damaged tissue. Why it complements local-acting peptides: BPC-157 is a localized healing signal. TB-500 is systemic — it supports cell migration, angiogenesis, and wound-healing coordination at the whole-organism level. The two are frequently studied as a complementary stack. IF the research question involves systemic cell migration, post-injury cytoskeletal remodeling, or angiogenesis coordination, THEN TB-500 is the Thymosin-β4 fragment with the densest preclinical literature. SO it belongs in tissue-recovery protocols alongside localized repair peptides. Independently verified, ≥99% purity.
